We are seeking a commercially driven telecommunications solutions professional to introduce the Mr Telco AI and SaaS platform to organizations throughout European Union.

This role combines telco and SaaS business development, consultative discovery, live product demonstrations and closing. Conversations may cover business telephony, hosted PBX, IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP, unified communications and service operations.

You will be provided with qualified prospects, sales resources and tailored demonstration environments. Your responsibility is to engage decision-makers, understand their requirements, present the telecommunications platform effectively and convert suitable opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective telecommunications, SaaS and technology customers and their key decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls covering telco operations, business telephony, PBX, VoIP and communications workflows.
  • Deliver compelling live demonstrations of the Mr Telco AI telecommunications platform.
  • Communicate SaaS and technical capabilities in clear commercial terms.
  • Identify operational and commercial opportunities across telecom, telephony and service delivery environments.
  • Manage prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Handle objections, negotiate and close new business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.
  • Coordinate customer handoff to product, telco and implementation teams.
  • Provide customer, telecommunications and market feedback.

About you

Relevant experience may include:

  • SaaS, cloud software or technology sales.
  • Telecommunications, telco or communications platforms.
  • Business telephony, hosted PBX, IP-PBX, VoIP or SIP systems.
  • Unified communications, UCaaS, CCaaS or contact centre solutions.
  • Telecom carriers, managed service providers or technology resellers.
  • Business development or account executive roles.
  • Solutions consulting.
  • Software, SaaS or telecommunications product demonstrations.
  • Mid-market or enterprise sales.
  • AI, automation or digital transformation products.

You should be confident communicating with senior stakeholders, conducting outbound sales conversations and presenting SaaS, telecommunications or telephony solutions remotely.

You do not need to be a software engineer. However, you must be technically confident, able to learn new platforms quickly and capable of connecting AI, telco, PBX and communications product capabilities to measurable business value.
