My NBN internet is now back up and running. Technicians name was Hew and great. He was driving past Kingsford and wasn't expecting him within the hour, said he'll drop in. NBN cabling re-installed from the NBN box outside my house all the way to a back room and no fuss even though it took him two hours. For free he moved my telephone from the computer room and made my wireless landline phone operational in kitchen in exact location of my old Telstra handset. My luck and the chap was a true gentleman!!
I am a big believer in posititve as well as negative feedback. Although I didn’t get to speak to the technician when onsite, I spoke to Julian after he attended site and he was excellent. Definitely a keeper. Cheers.
