Who can fix FTTP NBN green fibre connector fell off?

I was vacuuming around the NBN box and I accidently bumped the cable going into the the NTD in the study and the white cable looks like fibre and the green connector came off is there anyone who can fix that or do I need a new cable??? im in Canning Vale WA or do I need to call my provider?

NBNs green connector shouldn't come off that easily

When NBN techs initially installed the fibre, they use a mechanical splice to put the green connector on. This method is quite weak should the fibre be interupted can come quite loose.
Its recommended for the installation of a new pre-terminated fibre cable from the outside PCD box using a ruggerdised white fibre cable (basically excellent shealth coating and strength).
If you don't want to run a new fibre a new mechanical splice and green connector can be fitted providing you have enough cable length.
