Hey guys, Looking to run a data cable into my bedroom for gaming and Apple TV streaming services. We have a cable network connection via Telstra. Great speeds both wired and WiFi, just have a long home so reaching the bedroom from the router for WiFI and Ethernet isn't an option for my skill level, that's why I'd love professional help. Feel free to contact me via phone or email, Thanks! Angus

Sounds like your Telstra NBN is set up at the front of the house. The best way and, especially for streaming and gaming, is to hardwire a data cable. That keeps latency low and stops any buffering.
One option is to run a data cable straight into your bedroom from the NBN router. If you also want better WiFi coverage in that area, you could install an in-wall access point. It gives you both a WiFi boost and a data point, and it looks just like a regular wall plate basically.
Don’t let wifi dead zones ruin your gaming. Book a technician to run a cable right to your bedroom.
