Hello I’m writing in regards of my internet problems. I’ve had 3 technicians so far come to my house saying they couldn’t find any faults on my line. First technician was Optus, came to my house, looked at the wires, didn’t do anything and left. Second and third were NBN. One came inside and tested things, again said no faults. Internet still cuts out daily. Please help.

Only one technician came inside the home to diagnose the issue, if you have had 3 technicians to site, there is likely an issue internally, and possibly intermittent.
Using a private technician like Mr Telco, we would plug our test equipment on and find out where the issue is. Its likely a faulty socket or something which collects dust over time.
Generally an NBN techs responsibility is to check to the network boundary point, which is probably the luca or NBN box on the outside of your home.
